At IPVTICKET, we strive to provide high-quality custom T-shirt designs that exceed our clients’ expectations. Because our products are custom-made digital services and non-tangible goods, we have established the following refund policy.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Revisions
We want you to be happy with your designs. To ensure satisfaction, all of our plans include Unlimited Revisions. If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts provided, we encourage you to request revisions so our designers can align the work with your vision.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following specific circumstances:
Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the initial design concepts within the timeframe specified during checkout.
Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
Before Work Starts: If you request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order and before our design team has begun working on your project.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Work in Progress: Once the design process has begun or the first set of concepts has been delivered, a refund cannot be issued as labor costs have already been incurred.
Final Files Delivered: Once the final high-resolution source files (AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG, etc.) have been delivered or downloaded, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the design process is underway.
Subjective Preferences: Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste or style preferences, as we offer unlimited revisions to fix these issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible under Section 2), please contact our support team at contact@ipvticket.com with the following information:
Your Order Number.
The reason for your refund request.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
